Once you submit your request, we will email you within 48 hours* to confirm your appointment after reviewing our schedule. If the date and/or time you requested is not available, we will offer alternative options.
*Please note that we are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Appointment requests submitted after 5pm on Sunday (through Tuesday) will be responded to promptly when we return Wednesday morning.
