Online ORDERS

We do NOT offer refunds, returns or exchanges for any online purchases.

 

Special Orders  

Any item that has to be special ordered we do not except cancellations.  If you are having doubts about your purchase and it’s within 24-hours of purchase date you may receive a store credit and reselect a different wedding gown.  If the item has to be pulled from the designers stock due to time sensitivity then no cancellations will be accepted once the order has been placed.
 


Off the Rack Purchases - In Store

Any item that is purchased and taken from the store is not eligible for any returns or refunds.  You are purchasing the item “as is” and the store will not fix or reimburse you for any damages to the product before the purchase or any defaults with the item once it leaves the store after the purchase.

 

 

Off the Rack Purchases - Online

Any item that is purchased online is NOT available for a refund.  You are purchasing the item “as is” and the store will not fix or reimburse you for any damages to the product before the purchase or any defaults with the item once it leaves the store after the purchase.  If you receive the item and it doesn't fit you may return the item for store credit and can select another gown.  Returns will not be accepted 14 days after receipt of gown and must be returned in the same condition as received.  These gowns are available for purchase off the rack and are sample gowns.


NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AT ANY TIME
