Agreement Forms

For every special order or off the rack purchase we do ask that you sign an agreement with our store. Please make sure that you read each agreement thoroughly before agreeing to the terms.

Once you hit submit the agreement will be emailed to Charlotte's Weddings and a consultant will be in contact within 24 hours. If you have any questions concerning your agreement or the information that needs to be input please email or call us directly. We will be happy to help. Once your agreement has been signed and the item has been ordered there are no cancellations or refunds.


REFUND AND RETURN POLICY


Special Orders: Any item that has to be special ordered in our store has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If the order has been placed and it's within the 24-hour window, we still need confirmation from the manufacturer that the item can be cancelled. If the item has to be pulled from the designers stock due to time sensitivity then no cancellations will be accepted once the order has been placed. Off the Rack Purchases: Any item that is purchased and taken from the store is not eligible for any returns or refunds. You are purchasing the item "as is" and the store will not fix or reimburse you for any damages to the product before the purchase or any defaults with the item once it leaves the store after the purchase.
